By using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Service Provider

This website is operated by FELIZ YCS TURISMO. TURSAB License No: 12562. Address: Cumhuriyet Mh, Saraçoğlu Sk. No:7/8, 50400 Ürgüp/Nevşehir, Turkey. We are a Group A Travel Agency registered with the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB).

Booking Conditions

Bookings are made via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
Bookings are binding once confirmed.
A partial payment is required upfront, with the balance due on tour day. Payment methods: cash (TRY, EUR, USD), credit card.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
Tours cancelled due to weather conditions (especially balloon tours) receive a 100% refund or an alternative date.
The tour will not wait for late participants; no refund is provided in such cases.

Pricing

Prices on our website are in Euros (EUR) and are per person. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price of a confirmed booking will not change. Group tour prices include hotel transfers. Custom tour prices are determined based on request.

Liability and Safety

All our tours are insured. Participants are responsible for their own health conditions and must declare any health issues before the tour. Minimum age for balloon tours is 6, and for ATV tours is 16. Balloon tours are not recommended for pregnant women. Participants must follow the instructions of guides and operators during tours.

Intellectual Property

All content, text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks on this site belong to FELIZ YCS TURISMO. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms of service at any time. Changes become effective from the date they are published.
